Vision

At Diamond Baseball Academy (DBA), our mission is to inspire players to foster their love for baseball while building the skills, discipline, competitiveness and commitment necessary to succeed on their high school teams and beyond. With the guidance of our highly trained professional coaches, players will develop the tools they need to compete at the next level. Alongside skill development, our program emphasizes teamwork, resilience, and perseverance—key qualities that not only enhance their game but also ensure they enjoy their baseball  journey.

DBA HS Prep:

Our 14U program is a huge step for preparing our players for competitive High School baseball. Once they reach HS players will be expected to commit to practices and games 6 days a week for a 4 month period. Players will be trying out for 20-25 high school baseball roster spots. Our goal is to prepare them for what's in store and to ensure that they are ready to compete. The DBA 14U program will carry a maximum of 15 players per roster and will practice and train 2-3 times per week. We will create a competitive environment that will challenge our players to work hard and dedicate themselves to reach their full potential.

Tryouts:

We will communicate to all players and families whether or not they made a team or are not offered a spot in the spring. This is a pivotal period as the players get ready to move onto the next level of competition.

We expect players to prioritize DBA Baseball and attend practices and all tournaments. We will make the experience fun, meaningful and full of development, skill building, and baseball acumen.

The 14U TRYOUT is mandatory for all interested in participating in 14U spring baseball.
